<\/span>La sesi\u00f3n fue presentada por<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/a>Francisco Rodriguez Sanchez<\/a> <\/span>, Segundo Teniente Alcalde de Illescas, responsable de Coordinaci\u00f3n de \u00c1reas y \u00c1rea de ordenaci\u00f3n del Territorio, quien destac\u00f3 el papel de Illescas Log\u00edstica como un motor que \u00abcontribuye a hacer ciudad\u00bb, integrando desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y planificaci\u00f3n urbana.<\/span>

<\/span>Durante el debate, se analizaron aspectos clave como:<\/span>
<\/span>\u2705 La capacidad competitiva de almacenaje en metros c\u00fabicos, a\u00fan muy superior en comparaci\u00f3n con otros puntos log\u00edsticos.<\/span>
<\/span>\u2705 El equilibrio entre superficie desarrollada a riesgo y proyectos llave en mano ad hoc, donde Illescas se posiciona muy cerca del punto \u00f3ptimo.<\/span>

<\/span>\ud83d\udd39 Miguel \u00c1ngel Gonz\u00e1lez, director general de<\/span> <\/span>Plataforma Central Iberum<\/span><\/a>, concluy\u00f3 haciendo referencia a unas palabras de<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/a>Jos\u00e9 Gil De Pablo<\/a> <\/span>en las que comentaba que Illescas es referente log\u00edstico tanto a nivel nacional como europeo:<\/span>
<\/span>\u00abIllescas tiene todos los ingredientes para seguir acogiendo y creciendo, pero hay que seguir trabajando, porque se trata de construir bien.\u00bb<\/span>

<\/span>The session was presented by<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/a>Francisco Rodriguez Sanchez<\/a>, Second Deputy Mayor of Illescas and Head of Area Coordination and Urban Planning. He emphasized the role of Illescas Log\u00edstica as a driving force that \u00abcontributes to building the city\u00bb, by integrating economic development with urban planning.<\/span>
